5.4Handicapped/Disabled Competitors
Handicapped/disabled competitors must seek and obtain approval from the Range Master for any waiver in relation to the type and/or placement of their holster and related equipment. The Range Master’s decision regarding the safety and suitability of such equipment will be final.
Special penalty: A competitor unable to fully execute any part of a course of fire due to incapacity or injury may, prior to making his attempt at the course of fire, request that the Range Master apply a penalty in lieu of the stated course requirement. See 10.1.4.1 for details on applying procedural penalties in this instance.
the Range Master accept the competitor’s request for penalty in lieu of moving, he shall assess a 4 second penalty per string. Deliberate failure to move will also result in a 4 second penalty per string. Only one 4 second procedural penalty per string will be applied.
