Handguns may not be fitted with forearms, foregrips, stocks, or stock-like devices, such as, but not limited to: buffer tubes, arm braces, folding stocks, etc. Firearms designated, manufactured, and sold as revolvers are restricted by this rule.

Low ready pointing muzzle at aiming flag, safety may be off, finger outside of the trigger guard.
13Handling requirements
Handgun to be transported in closed case or at all times until the Make Ready command is given.
